I know from experience that life can be tough and throw us many challenges in our world. At times we can feel overwhelmed and it can be difficult to relate with family and friends. Psychotherapy and counselling can be one of the ways to help you. Within my practice I provide a safe environment for you to explore your difficulties and conflicts to help you find some meaning in your life and with others.

The first session will be spent looking at why you have decided to seek support along with your needs and expectations of counselling and how I can help. If you decide you would like to continue we can discuss and agree to further sessions. Therapy usually takes place once a week at an agreed time and day and the sessions  are 50 minutes in duration; I am able to support people both short and long term.

I work in a warm, confidential and non-judgemental manner and I believe by us working together, psychotherapy and counselling can help you heal and move forward. So if you would like to consider therapy, why not contact me to discuss further and we can go from there.

I work confidentially with clients. However, there are circumstances where I may be legally required to break confidentiality such as under the Children’s, Terrorism, and Money Laundering Acts or if I feel you or others are at serious significant risk of harm. If this were ever to happen, which in my experience is extremely rare, I will endeavour to discuss this with you first.
